We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way you communicate with Just Work Skills. Our website’s contact form allows you to share your personally identifiable information, name, email address, phone number and a comment. Credit card donations are stored by the credit card processor, PayPal, and are subject to their privacy policies. For PayPal, click on the “Privacy” link on the bottom of their website, www.paypal.com.

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer subscriptions and opportunity for our website visitors to donate to our cause. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our organization adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Just Work Skills is a Non-profit incorporated in the state of Texas, USA (File Number: 803760624) and federally recognized as 501c3 under the Federal Income Tax law.
2.1 Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms
This website is owned and operated by Just Work Skills. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors marketing information about Just Work Skills, our purpose, mission, vision, partners, contact information and opportunity to sign up for more information and make donations through PayPal. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 Who can use our website?
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
2.3 Donations
By confirming on the Website that you wish to donate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
2.3.1 General

Donations are used at Just Work Skills’ discretion in keeping with the purpose of Just Work Skills and section 501c3 guidelines.

All donations are received by and processed through PayPal.

When you set up a recurring donation you will be scheduling a series of donations to be made on the day of the month that you choose until further notice. You agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to each of the donations in that series.

By confirming that you wish to proceed with a recurring donation you authorize our payment service provider PayPal to request funds from your credit or debit card on the day of each month that you set.
2.3.2 Unauthorized Use of Your Card

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

Should you card be compromised or changed, please login to your account and update the payment information for recurring payments.
2.3.3 PII and Credit Card Information Collection and Storage

All Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and credit card is collected by PayPal, so you will be agreeing to PayPal’s terms and conditions by donating via their service.

Just Work Skills does not collect or store PII or credit card information during the donation payment process, (see our privacy policy).
2.4 Return and refund policy
If you made an error in your donation or would like to change or cancel your donation, please contact jwsaccounts@justworkskills.org.
2.5 Retention of right to change
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
